MAINTAINANCE

We realize products, prices, and company information changes frequently. We take pride in our customer service and provide maintenance towards any updates or changes needed to a site. Whether these changes and updates are needed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, DotNepal will assist in your organizations needs. Our maintenance services are available in two methods:

Pay as you go. Under this plan our services are available at per hour. Invoices for services rendered are sent weekly. Most changes under this plan are completed within five business days.

Monthly Maintenance Agreements. If you require multiple changes over the course of a month, this can be the most economical. Each agreement is based upon hourly HTML and graphic maintenance provided to existing pages within a site. When a change is required, simply complete our Change Order Request and either fax or Email to our office. Most changes under a maintenance agreement are completed within two business days. With each Maintenance Agreement, unused time is discarded and will not carry-over to the following month.
